Central Java has a lot of treasures. My experience has proved it.

Last month, I and my friends went to visit one of the beautiful Temple in Central Java. Its name is Cetho Temple. It is located in Karanganyar Regency, not far from my hometown, Solo. the attractiveness is not only on the temple itself, but also the way to reach this place. The road is narrow, slippery and ... so, it won’t be easy for the visitors to go there. But it is surrounded by Kenuning tea plantation and beautiful scenery of Mount Lawu. With the fresh air of mountainous area, it feels like heaven there.

There are three main Temples there, Cetho Temple, Saraswati Temple and Kethek Temples. In English, the word “kethek” means monkey.
Most of people visit that place every day. They come from local area, like us, even from other country. I met foreigners from France there. They come to see the beautiful and sacred temple. Some of local people come to pray there. They believe that when they pray there, they will be good and healthy enough to have children and prosperity.
